Shipping policy

Purchases will be shipped via USPS from Florida.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days after your order is placed to process and pack your order.
  • Once packed and processed, please allow 2-3 days for your sea moss gel to arrive at your doorstep.
  • Sea Moss Gel orders are shipped out on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
  • All shipments include an email confirmation of a tracking number.

US Military & Diplomatic Addresses

We are able to ship to APO / FPO / DPO locations. We only ship with USPS Priority Mail Service, which we normally state takes between 6 – 10 business days. However, due to the fact that the package is leaving the continent, it may take significantly longer than estimated. No tracking number will be provided, as it must cross the US border and change hands between the two countries’ postal services.

P.O. Boxes

As we ship with USPS, which has access to Postal Boxes, we are able to deliver to any P.O. Box address in the United States.
