Processing may take 5-7 business days before shipping out.
To maintain freshness, refrigerate immediately. Items ship Monday-Thursday.  Once your shipment has been dispatched, we offer priority shipping. Please note that priority shipping is only available after your item has been shipped.

In case of a lost, damaged, or stolen package, it is important to report the incident as soon as possible. You can file a claim at mail@h-h.love but make sure to do so within 14 days from the delivery date. Claims filed after this period will not be approved.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes because our packages contain perishable items. To ensure the quality and freshness of our products, it is strongly discouraged to ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or any other locations where immediate access is not available.

We kindly request that customers provide accurate and complete address information at the time of placing their orders to avoid any potential complications with delivery.

In the event of an error by the customer, returns, or refused packages, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs and a restocking fee of $10 to $20, depending on the item.

If an order is returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping fee.

Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the value of the order, minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your order.
