Dosage

HOW TO USE: 
Use daily in your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks! Eat it plain.
Add it to foods like salads, yogurts, or oats. Add it to juices or smoothies.

Apply it directly to skin or hair then wash it off.

  • Take 1-2 tablespoons per day
  • Lasts 4 weeks refrigerated
  • Can be frozen for up to 4 months


Elderberry Ting Dosage:

Adult Dosage: 1TBS Daily Child Dosage: 1TSP Daily
1-2 times daily as preventative or 3-4 times daily onset of cold.

To maintain freshness, refrigerate immediately.
